SOLUTIONS EAP (Employee Assistance Program) is a benefit provided by some employers. Through the EAP an employee is able to receive counseling services for the identification and resolution of problems which are affecting their personal or work life. EAP services are also available to the employee’s dependents.
SOLUTIONS staff provides EAP services to employees and dependents as well as other employer oriented services.
The SOLUTIONS counselors are experienced professionals with training in fields such as counseling, psychology, or social work. They have at least a masters degree. Many have a doctoral degree and are certified or licensed depending upon state statutes. All providers of service are credentialed to deliver EAP services.
