Performance Standards

SOLUTIONS recognizes its commitment to provide the highest quality service and adheres to the following performance indicators. All network providers are required to meet these same standards.

  1. All phone calls will be answered promptly and all requests will be handled in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. For routine referrals, an appointment within two working days will be offered.
  3. Crisis referrals will be assessed the same day.
  4. Assessments will be face to face.
  5. A working knowledge of referral sources will be maintained. Any referrals will be sensitive to the needs of the employee/dependent, clinically and financially.
